I am SO excited to share that I am launching RECONNECT!
RECONNECT is my way of creating a safe space for you to reconnect with your Self. Together we can make the time you need to allow self care that is truly relaxing and beneficial.
These mini services are 15 minutes long and are sure to put you in touch with your own sense of wellness. I will help you reconnect to your parasympathetic nervous system - for stability, rest and relaxation.
Mother Nature's eternal gift of aromatherapy will be incorporated into all services.
You will be guided to choose the aroma that best aligns with your needs and most importantly, reconnects you with your Self. All of the essential oils used are available for purchase through Melissa.
Each individual RECONNECT Add-On Service and its description is listed below:
Mini Massage: Experience relaxation with a massage that focuses o your hands, scalp, ears, neck and shoulders.
Guided Meditation: It's easier than you think. Meditation invites stillness and activates our parasympathetic nervous system. Enjoy feeling more centered and at ease.
Breathwork: Because we could all benefit from a few more conscious breaths. You will be guided to breath in inhale/exhale patterns or instucted to simply listen.
Card Reading: Tap into your intuition and get clarity or direction on an area in question. You can't pick the wrong card.
The cost of each service is $22.
*A Reconnect Package is available which includes all four services in an hour long session for $99.
